Today’s post is dedicated to the most famous diner chair ever, the Lucy Diner Chair. The Lucy Diner chair is a commercial quality retro kitchen chair that is sold through Target. Target used to sell the Lucy Chair in its retail stores. They must have decided that it would do better online, because they pulled them out of the stores and now sell them exclusively online. The Lucy Diner Chair is Richardson Seating’s model 4240 upholstered in Naugahyde Zodiac Burgundy and Naugahyde Zodiac Silver. The diner chair features a button tufted back and a 2 inch box seat finish. The frame is made of 14 gauge steel. This chair is strong enough for use in restaurants. As a matter of fact, it is a restaurant chair. Richardson Seating is a manufacturer of commercial restaurant chairs. The chairs weighs 23 pounds. It is substantial. You can buy the model 4240 from any of Richardson Seating’s dealers. Check out Bar Stools and Chairs, American Chairs, and Target.
